Question:
"If I look back in six weeks time, will I regret not having the support I needed?"
My Philosophy
Every mum deserves to be heard, supported and appreciated so she can be the best mum for her baby.
To have someone stand beside you, be with you, encourage you and even just to say that you are amazing and doing an awesome job can make all the difference in how you feel supported

I've seen the need and I want to help...
Over the years of my career as a midwife I have seen the need for supporting newborn mums. If we nurture the mum, she will have have more energy to nurture her baby. As a mum I know how important it is to feel supported and cared for.
This is where I come in. Before I start working around your home, I will sit with you and check-in on how you are going. Whilst I am there, I will make you a nourishing meal, which will help with recovery from the birth. I also want to help you around the house, reducing the stress of needing to get some jobs done. We will also talk about self care at each visit and how you can put it into practice.
I love connecting with people, sitting and talking, hearing how you are going and how you are feeling. In the time we are together you will have my complete focus, I will be present with you.
I know how important it is to make someone feel cared for and supported, guiding my care according to their needs.
Before I leave our time together, we will have a plan for the next visit and how you would like me to support you.
